Nurturing the Best in Every Student...

Founded in 1992, The Dancers’ Studio at Oberlin, formerly The School of Ohio Dance Theatre, is the preferred school of Ohio Dance Theatre.  The school is recognized as Lorain County's premiere dance training destination, providing the highest standard of arts education for children and adults.

The Dancers’ Studio offers rigorous dance programming
that builds technical skills and personal character in
children, values each student and every family, and is
accessible to all children.  We believe that the joy of
dance should be available to everyone and that this
can best be achieved in the professional and nurturing
environment The Dancers' Studio provides.  A caring
and professional faculty provides a disciplined but
positive approach that fosters excellence.

Students at the Dancers' Studio have a well-rounded experience in the art of dance dance, including high-quality technical training. Technique classes inspire students at all stages of development to achieve personal success.  Performance opportunities challenge students to achieve their highest level of ability.

The Dancers’ Studio provides components of dance training that offer students of all ages an invaluable experience and the discipline and confidence that carry over to all areas of their lives.
